Affiliate Relationships

I wouldn’t want someone recommending me something that they didn’t really like. Anything I recommend on this blog or any site if my person recommendation regardless if their is an affiliate link or not. Since I like in the USA, I am complying with the Federal Trade Commission’s (FTC) Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising (16 CFR, Part 255), which is why I am disclosing my affiliate relationships.

Throughout my site you will find several affiliate links. As an affiliate, I receive either a product for free or a small commission (you do not pay any of this), if you purchase the product or service through the link provided to me. This is in an attempt to generate some revenue to offset the costs of the blog, both technologically and also from a content generation standpoint.

Anytime an affiliate link is used on my site, there should be a mention on that page that discloses the fact that it is an affiliate product.

Since this may sound confusing, feel free to email me for more information or clarification.

Some affiliate partnerships require their own specific disclosure. I’ve provided those below:

Disclaimer: I receive races and/or products to review as part of being a BibRave Pro. Learn more about becoming a BibRave Pro (ambassador), and check out BibRave.com to review find and write race reviews!”
